Imperial Hair Group operates as a direct supplier and sourcing intermediary for premium human hair products in the international B2B market. Our platform facilitates enquiries, quotations, and business relationships between IHG and professional buyers worldwide.

3. Enquiry Submissions

Submitting a Request for Quotation (RFQ) does not constitute a binding purchase order. All quotations provided by IHG are subject to product availability, final pricing confirmation, and acceptance of our commercial terms. Orders are only confirmed upon written agreement from both parties.

4. Accuracy of Information

You agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information in all enquiries and registrations. Imperial Hair Group reserves the right to decline or cancel any enquiry where information is found to be inaccurate or misleading.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on the Imperial Hair Group platform, including images, text, product descriptions, and brand assets, is the exclusive property of Imperial Hair Group and may not be reproduced or distributed without written permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

Imperial Hair Group shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this platform or any transactions conducted through it. Our liability is limited to the direct value of any confirmed transaction.

7. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international commercial law. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation before pursuing formal legal proceedings.
